Walnut wood is hard, dense and tight-grained. It's prized by woodworkers for its strength, grain and colour. It polishes to a very smooth finish and is dark chocolate in colour. Walnut has a beautiful grain and over the years, develops a lustrous patina.

MAPLE
MAPLE

Maple hardwood is cream to pale reddish brown in colour and is renowned for its strength and resistance to shock. The lighter colour offers more variety when choosing stains and greater contrast when engraved. Straight grained with a fine texture it also has a high resistance to abrasion and wear.

TWO - CHOOSE YOUR FINISH

All out handles come with a natural oil finish which protects the wood while maintaining the natural feel. However, you can also choose to receive your handle with no finish so you can apply a stain of your choice at home.
